Wicked Will

12 large strawberries
50 ml of double cream
two tablespoons of rum
two tablespoons of brandy
four tablespoons of strawberry jam
nice biscuits or other plain biscuits

1)Wash the strawberries and put them in the blender on high until creamed.

2)Add the cream, rum and brandy to the strawberries.

3)Crush the biscuits and press them into the bottom of four small glasses.

4)Put a tablespoon of jam on top of each biscuit base.

5)Pour on the cream mix until all four glasses are full.

6)Refrigerate for at least an hour.

7)Serve with coffee or chocolate.
