Sumptuous No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars
8 to 12 oz of Milk Chocolate
6 oz of Semi-sweet Chocolate
1 cup of Creamy Peanut Butter
1 cup Coarsely Ground Pecans
1 cup Graham Cracker Crumbs
1 cup heavy cream
Base:
Crumble the milk chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Add the peanut butter.
Heat in microwave for 1 to 2 minutes until mostly melted. Mix by hand until blended and smooth.
Add the pecans and mix
Add the graham cracker crumbs and mix
Pour into a 9x9 ungreased pan and spread until level
Topping:
Crumble the semi-sweet chocolate in a small mixing bowl.
Heat the heavy cream until it just begins to boil.
Pour the cream over the semi-sweet chocolate and mix until smooth and creamy.
Spread the topping until it covers evenly
Chill for 1 hour
Cut into 2 inch squares and serve.
