MFC ( Maple Fried Chicken)

INGREDIENTS:-
1/4 kg Chicken
5 Tbsp of Cornflour
1/4 Tsp of Turmeric
1/4 Tsp of Chilly Pwd
1/4 Tsp of Vinegar
1/4 Tsp of Salt
2 Tbsp of Maple Syrup
PROCEDURE:-
In a bowl add all the dry ingredients then add the vinegar and maple syrup and beat it well till you get a pasty mixture.
Clean and cut the chicken as per the sizes you like and add them to the mixture. Leave to marinade for an hour then remove them from the fridge and deep fry them on medium heat.
Tasty delicate chicken for a fine feast...
