A Gourmet Personal Chef will always discuss costs with you at the outset when you make your initial enquiry.Most Chefs work on a flat fee for their time, and then charge for food purchases and perhaps their traveling costs on top. Of course, if you decide to use your chef on a regular basis, you can expect to achieve a preferential fee structure. By all means, negotiate the price, but always remember........you only get what you are prepared to pay for......if you want the best, be prepared to pay for it!
