This is my personal collection of gourmet dessert recipes, all spectacular in taste and appearance, and yet EASY TO PREPARE! You don't need to be a trained Pastry Chef to produce any of these classic puddings! Some are tried and tested recipes handed down through the family while others are from some of my favorite celebrity chefs.

Desserts were in fact my introduction into cooking. I remember as a very young child helping my mom to make a beautifully light
Victoria Sponge Sandwich, rich and decadent Sherry Trifle, and utterly delicious Chocolate Êclairs.

Most of these recipes are elegant enough to grace the table of your next dinner party and yet simple enough to serve to the family any day of the week.
