I made this cake and it is brilliantly easy, I made it as one cake not several small ones so cooking time is a lot longer. It tastes really good..my first Christmas pudding I'm so proud. I cant wait to pour brandy over it at the table and serve with yummy brandy sauce!

WOW! That sounds so easy - I will most certainly try that out next year - too late for this year as I've already made my pudding the traditional way - and it took hours!
