Creamy Paneer

Ingredients -Paneer-250gm, oil-2tbsp,milk-1cup,cream/malai-1/2bowl,ginger-2tspfinely shredded, elaichi powder-3-4take out the seeds to make a smooth powder,green chillies-2pieces finely chopped,tomato-one and a half cup,garam masala-4-5cloves,4-5black pepper and 2small cinnamonkasoori methi-2tsp crushed, paneer masala-2tsp,salt-according to taste,coriander powder-2tsp,red chilli powder-1tsp,saunf-1/2tsp,orange colour-2-3pinches,turmeric powder-2-3pinches

Method of prepartion,
1.Heat the oil in a large pan,add the ginger, saunf and garam masala sauted it over medium flame till they began to splutter.
2.Add tomato puree stir fry it till the oil seperates.
3.Add green chilliesone piece chopped, salt,coriander powder,turmeric powder, red chilli powder,paneer masala,kasoori methi-1tsp saute further for 1-2 minute
4.Put the milk and bring it to boil on a high flame.
5.Add the cream stir for 2 minutes on a medium flame.At the time of boiling add the orange colour first and then add the remaining green chillies,kasoori methi and elaichi powder.
6.Lastly garnish with grated paneer,cream and coriander leaves.Serve it with hot chapati.
NOTE:- ELAICHI POWDER WILL ADD MORE FLAVOUR TO YOUR DISH.
