Personal Review of Hotel Chocolat
A colleague of mine recently sent me a beautiful box of their "Selection of the Season". The package was delivered by courier and very well wrapped for protection. Like all Hotel Chocolat products, the styling on the chocolate box is elegant and simple....it makes an impressive gift. Once I peeled open the lid, the contents were such a visual feast to the eyes, let alone the palate!
This double layer of chocolates inspired by autumn and winter, contained comforting, warm flavors in perfect harmony with the seasons......melt-away pralines, soothing apple strudel, warming Cointreau, rum & raisin, uplifting lemon ganache and much, much more. I just love their imaginative approach to the art of chocolate making....where else might you find a Praline filled Acorn or Brazil Nut Hedgehog?
